Manufacturer advisory for equestrian products
You have the idea. We know the manufacturers.
We advise equestrian brands, founders and riders with their own product line on choosing the right manufacturer. We then support the communication with the production site through to the finished product. We only recommend manufacturers we have known for several years and have worked with ourselves.
No obligation. In German or English.
Manufacturers we know from our own work.

The idea is the easy part. The right manufacturer is not.
Developing an equestrian product means finding a manufacturer that can deliver the material, workmanship and quantity you need. Catalogues, trade fairs and platforms only help to a limited degree. Photos and quotes often look alike, even when the results do not.
- You do not know which manufacturer you can trust.
- Communication with the production site fails because of language, time zones or technical details.
- Samples come back different from what you expected, and nobody explains why.
- You pay for lessons learned before the first product has been sold.
This is where we come in: with experience from the equestrian industry and with manufacturers we know from more than a catalogue.
How it works
- 1
First call and briefing
You tell us about your idea, target group, budget and timeline. We will tell you honestly whether and how the project fits our network.
- 2
Defining requirements
We put material, dimensions, workmanship and reference products in writing. This is the basis for every enquiry to a manufacturer.
- 3
Manufacturer recommendation
We recommend the manufacturer or manufacturers from our network that suit your product, and we explain our reasons. We name them once we have agreed to work together.
- 4
Samples and alignment
We support the communication with the production site through every sample round. Approving a sample is your decision.
- 5
Production through to the finished product
We accompany the production run through to delivery. Before shipping, we recommend an independent inspection at your cost. You buy directly from the manufacturer.

Support through to the product
We remain your point of contact from the first enquiry to delivery.
What we are not
- Not an importer and not a dealer. We do not sell goods and we do not hold stock.
- Not a party to your purchase. You buy directly from the manufacturer.
- Not a manufacturer. We do not produce anything ourselves.
- Not a manufacturer database. We do not hand out lists. We only recommend what we know from our own work.
- No promise of results. We offer advice, experience and support. You approve the samples and the production run yourself.
If none of the manufacturers in our network fits your project, we will tell you rather than recommend a second best.
From our work

About us
We are SBXR Sourcing, an offering of SBXR Concepts in Wallenhorst near Osnabrück. It was founded by Sebastian Bolse. For more than a decade he worked in sales and brand building for an international saddle brand, in direct contact with dealers, riders and manufacturers. He rides himself and owns sport horses. We know what products have to withstand in everyday use and what riders really care about.
Over the years we got to know manufacturers, saw their work and worked with them. These are the only manufacturers we recommend.
